Peel a thin length of cucumber for your garnish. Roughly chop a quarter of the cucumber into slices and muddle in a shaker with the gin and apple juice. Strain into a glass with cubed ice and top with Soda. Garnish with the cucumber and a thin slice of apple.
60ml Williams Elegant 48 Gin 1 tsp of lavender sugar or 2 drops edible lavender essence plus 12.5ml sugar syrupQuarter of a muddled cucumber Top with half and half with cloudy apple juice and tonic
Roughly chop a 1/4 of a cucumber and muddle with the sugar in a cocktail shaker. Pour in the gin and shake with cubed ice. Double strain into a glass over cubed ice and top with a little cloudy apple juice and tonic. Stir and serve with a sprig of fresh lavender.
