Fresh Lemon Juice- 12.5ml⠀

Ginger Ale to top⠀

Method: Add all ingredients (except ginger ale) to a shaker and shack with ice cubes. Double strain into a short glass over ice. Top with Ginger ale.⠀

Garnish: Fresh lemon half and thyme sprig.
