40ml Chase Rhubarb Vodka

10ml Chase Elderflower Liqueur  

15ml Cloudy apple juice

12.5ml Fresh lime juice

12.5ml Sugar syrup

Dash of soda

Method: Shake all ingredients (except soda) with cubed ice and strain into a small glass over crushed ice. Garnish with fresh rhubarb, a lime slice and edible flowers.
